There are tons of attractions: country music shows, comedy shows, go-carts, carnival-type rides, nature excursions, horseback riding, and helicopter flights. There are hundreds of places to shop and several outlet malls.

Get a good, detailed roadmap of the area. There are a few back roads that can get you just about anywhere, but the traffic on the main drag is at times horrible. You can get coupons everywhere, and use them, as you will save a bundle.Best Way To Get Around:
They do have trolleys that only cost .25. They are okay to use in Pigeon Forge, but I would not suggest using them in Gatlinburg, unless you have a lot of time. They get crowded and are slow. I was passed by eight trolleys one day because they were full when they got to my stop.
