Last year, my husband and I went to New Orleans with several of our friends to celebrate a bachelor/ette weekend before getting married. I have been there several times, but this was his first visit. My friend Holley looked online and secured us a reasonably priced rental house for the 4 days we were there, and we also rented a car to get us to the French Quarter. While we were in New Orleans, we got to try several magnificent restaurants (the best being Bayona!) and had plenty of drinks and local fun in the French Quarter. I went to this eclectic lounge during my bachelor/ette weekend in New Orleans, and it was great! You can order and smoke interestingly flavored tobacco in hookahs (we tried chocolate, raspberry, etc.). They also offer Indian fusion cuisine and cool, exotic cocktails. In terms of music, they have live music and DJ's nightly. I heard that they have belly dancing on Sundays. Very fun!!
