An August 2005 trip to Barrie by wcormier

I stayed at the Carriage Hills Resort located near Barrie, Ontario. This is a beautiful place in the summer, with several attractions close by (Toronto Zoo, Canada's Wonderland). In the winter, this is an ideal ski resort and area with ski-in and ski-out privileges.

The rooms are beautiful. Everything you would possibly need or want is in the rooms, and if you do not see it, you can call the desk and borrow it.

Restaurant

Very laid-back and friendly atmosphere--my children enjoyed it. There is a pool, TVs, and a gameroom in the restaurant. It's a great place to sit and lie back or enjoy a great dinner.
