The single greatest attribute of the Westin Bayshore is the mantra of real estate: location, location, location. Regardless of price or amenities, there is no better place to stay in downtown Vancouver. It is as close as you can get to Stanley Park and only two blocks from the fabulous dining and shopping of Robson Street. We stayed in the Tower section for our conference; the rate was reasonable at $200, but I know that a partner paid a non-conference price of $300. The hotel service was good, if spartan; perhaps it was due to the several ongoing conferences at the same time. That said, they did make traveling with an infant easy. The crib was on time.
