Restaurant Week takes place in Dallas during the 2nd or 3rd week of August every year to raise fund for the North TX Food Bank. During this 7-day event, the participating restaurants offer diners a three-course meal for only $30, and $6 of that amount go to the charities. Participating restaurants include the high profile Mansion on Turtle Creek, Abacus, Nana, etc. Reservations at these top restaurants are usually sold out a few months before the event.
