I thought I was staying on the Summer Bay Resorts property, as I was told by the booking agent from the resort as I planned my trip. I was traveling with them to explore the possibility of purchasing a timeshare on their property. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn, once I arrived, that my family and I were staying across the street at a "roach" (literally) motel. When I brought my complaint and discomfort to their attention, they informed me that they have no control and it wasn't them but their marketing company that put me there.
