We are 10-year owners at Vistana Beach Club and have visited many times over the years. We always stay in the "old" section, which is beachfront. It has fewer condos, but on a Fri-Fri stay, you can stay in a North End unit, which offers a wraparound balcony that allows a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The higher floors (floors 6 - 9) offer less beach view, but more privacy on the balcony. The lower floors (2 - 5) offer great beach views for those who want to watch beach activity. The wonderful dunes and plant life at the dune break were devastated by the 2004 hurricanes, but the resort itself was as delightful as ever.
