Dirty towels in floor, food stuck on kitchen floors, dirty sheet still on beds, tub bottom-black! 5 people in the room/ we got 4 towels & 3 washcloths. The laundry room has NO fans/was about 110 degrees/had NO change machines in it. the pool snack bar closes to early, you have to walk across resort to get a drink or food.
