Quote: This is a beautiful park with four world-class roller coasters and many other fantastic rides. Themed areas just add to the excitement. It really is an experience. You can visit England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy in one day. The architecture is amazing everywhere and really keeps with the themes.
Da Vinci’s Cradle was an amazingly fun ride. It sits beautifully at the side of an Italian flower garden, complete with statues and columns.
Although the Scotland section is by far the smallest section, they have one of the park’s four roller coasters, the Loch Nest Monster. The coaster has two loops that are intertwined with each other. It is really an exciting experience.
The Alpengeist is a great roller coaster if you are looking for the g-forces. It is located in the Switzerland section of the park. It is an inverted coaster that seats four people in a row. It’s great for a group of friends.
Apollo’s Chariot was all right. There are no inversions, but the drops are crazy! There are also no shoulder restraints, so, at times, you really feel like you will fly out of the train car. I personally don’t like that feeling, but many roller-coaster enthusiasts live off that feeling.
My all-time favorite ride is the Big Bad Wolf in the Germany section. It is a suspended coaster with amazing drops. Other attractions include singers in the Germany section and acting in the Italy section.
I almost forgot the great family ride, Roman Rapids. It is a white-water-rafting ride where everybody gets totally soaked on the journey through the Roman ruins.
