Hotel

This hotel was tastefully decorated. The room was a nice size, bigger than one person needs. It was two rooms, with a couch, a chair, and tables on the left as you walk in. There was a kitchen and desk was to the right. The refrigerator was small, and my ice cream melted in the freezer. I could not get the wireless Internet to work. The bed was on the other side of the partition, with bathroom across from it. I had a hard time figuring out the curtains, as the room-darkening curtains were behind the sheer ones. The continental breakfast was decent. The exercise room was nice, as was the pool.

This is a very family-style restaurant with an active atmosphere, noisy environment, and crowds. The food is served in bowls, and then you serve yourself. We had scrumptious mashed potatoes, country gravy, creamed corn, salad, and fried chicken or chicken fried steak. When a bowl is empty, they quickly bring another. The food is delicious home cooking, and you won't leave hungry! The bathroom was unique, too. Make the trip even if you don't have to go!

This place is cafeteria style. Choose your meat, then load up on vegetables. When the hot bread comes out of the oven, loaded in a big basket and offered from table to table, that's the bread you want!! This has a family atmosphere and is somewhat noisy. They have country-style decorations.
