I had to spend a night in LA waiting for my flight, and instead of having breakfast in the hotel, I went sightseeing. At least I spent one morning in LA...

View from the outside. It is almost a block big!
It is a luxurious hotel that is almost a block big. It has several lounges and halls and different meeting rooms and restaurants.

The bedroom was nice. There was a lot of space, with a comfortable bathroom, fridge, and a 29-inch TV with Internet access and pay-per-view in the room.

It is located downtown, so you are walking distance from many attractions (Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Walt Disney Foundation, etc.) and 15 minutes away from the airport.

It's a great place if you can afford it!

Quick Walk Downtown

Experience

View of the downtown
As I only had one free morning, I just walked through downtown. There are many places around downtown that are worthy visiting.

It is nice to visit The Dorothy Chandler Pavilion (where the Oscars took place before the Kodak Theatre) and The Walt Disney Concert Hall, or just walk through any street, feeling almost like you are in Mexico due to all the Spanish-speaking people. The stores are really nice places to see.
