El Salvador is said to be the most beautiful country in Central America. We were based in San Salvador and traveled extensively throughout the country, including San Miguel and La Libertad.

San Salvador Dining

Restaurant | "Salvadorean Meals"

This is a great getaway for the adventurous and young at heart. There's beautiful mountain scenery, hiking, and historic walking tours with local town markets. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, occasionally acting as translators along the way. The U.S. dollar is accepted throughout. If you're looking for a different holiday destination, El Salvador's for you.
