The Hollows are located on Route 14 in Cary, IL. Cary is North-West of Chicago, maybe an hour from downtown. The trails are easy to moderate with only a few small hills. We bring a sled and pull my youngest daughter if she gets tired. There is also a spring fed lake that has fish. You can ice fish if you want, I've seen several fishermen out there.
Quick Tips:
Bring hot chocolate or coffee to drink afterwards. There are restrooms available. Make sure you sign in at the beginning of the trails. The park hours are from 8:00 AM to Dusk.Best Way To Get Around:
