I knew I was in trouble when the bellman proudly told me that my room had 100 cable channels - and hot water! The fridge had to be plugged in to get the hot water (don't ask me).
At check-in, we got a fruit or rum punch, a room key, the remote to the air-conditioning (only in the bedroom), and the TV remote.
There were no hair dryers and no plug-ins in the bathroom! I borrowed a hair dryer from the front desk and had to crane my neck around the corner of the bathroom to do my hair.
If you want to use the phone, you have to pre-pay, and there was only one Internet kiosk on property.
On a good note, the dinner and breakfast were excellent.
