Overview

The best part about the trip was the bar near the entrance with the "executive"-size vodka tonics. They keep this fun, decanter-type glass filled with tonic and your glass filled with Grey Goose. We're still looking for a replica.

Best Way To Get Around:

Walking down Magnificent Mile is the best way to go. If you travel out of the area, use a cab and keep your car parked. It is definitely not an area to attempt to navigate.

The room was so not worth the cost. It was outdated and poorly decorated. Our view was of an alley and the back side of some of the neighboring apartment buildings. The only good thing was the minibar and toiletries in the bathroom.

Of course, everyone MUST shop the Mile before heading home. Anything you want, they have. The only place we fought the crowds was at the neighborhood Walgreens.

A few blocks away, across from the Four Seasons, is the Whitehall Hotel, an older but posh hotel just off the Mile. We met an extremely friendly bartender and enjoyed happy hour very much. We were sad to head off to dinner.
