The wonders of Sedona and Flagstaff

An April 2005 trip to Sedona by NJgirl

What a wonder!T he red rocks of Sedona and canyons of Flagstaff are not to be missed. Oak Creek Canyon-Flagstaff, Boyton Canyon, and rock formations are too good to pass up! Great for families, couples, and singles alike. It can be quiet or lively--you decide. Something for everyone!

The resort was a sheer delight! Jacuzzi and pool, golf, and on-site restaurant. FULL concierge service to book all excurions. Free computer access and Starbucks coffee at the activity center!

Resort Experience:
We had a one-bedroom with a kitchen. The resort was wonderful. Golf, miniature for the kids, pool and Jacuzzi, ice cream parlor and Starbucks! Complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, and popcorn in unit. The staff at the front desk was so helpful in planning trips and excursions. Resort grounds are meticulously kept. Close to Sedona, 35 minutes through Oak Creek, fantastic drive, lots of scenery. Great food and creative menu. Steak and seafood are their specialty. Innovative appetizers, and the desserts... try the rasperry triangular cake! Service was very friendly but professional, not stuffy. Lovely atomosphere, even in the bar area. Outdoor dining is offered.
