Nothing. This place is not near anything. Cocoa Beach about 20 minutes away. This is a place that people actually buy excursions to... I suggest you don't. It was a dirty beach with pushy vendors. There wasn't anything there that was worth the money or time. If you have time, you've gotta go on the multi excursion. You get to go up into the mountains and zip line through the trees, water slide, and horseback ride. It was a great time!!
Best Things About the Resort:
Peace and quiet... and awesome views. The setting for this resort is perfect. The swimming pools were beautiful, and the swim-up bar was perfect. For dining, definitely buy the all-inclusive plan... it's well worth it!
Resort Experience:
Very helpful people, willing to make your stay enjoyable. They have activities everyday around the pool. I didn't participate in any of them, but they had plenty of people doing them and having a great time. There is a "super mercado" right on site, with enough of whatever you might want or need. The dining was great. Every meal my wife and I had was very good. We tried many different things and enjoyed most all of them. Definitely try the sea bass and caprese salad. One word of warning, however--the hill to the ocean is very steep! I would not recommend this for anyone with any type of physical impairment! They have a shuttle, but it is still very, very steep and a hard walk!
