Vegas at a bargain

A May 2002 trip to Las Vegas by johnstravels

Vegas at a bargain

My wife and I went to Las Vegas to experience the sights and dining on a bargain vacation. We did some gambling, but it wasn't our primary goal.

Quick Tips:

I did a lot of research on the Internet before our trip. It helped us obtain our goal and still have fun. Some of the coupons for our Vegas trip were required to be printed out on my printer before we arrived. Purchashing the entertainment and dining coupon book from "Casino Perks" was worth every penny. It paid for itself and then some.

Best Way To Get Around:

Knowing what our goal was, we rented a car while there. It wasn't difficult to get around, and we never had to pay for any parking in the casinos.

What To Do In Vegas And Beyond

Attraction | "Casino souvenirs"

After researching the Internet for information, I was able to find many opportunities at a minimal cost. The first thing I found was that most all the casinos offer free giveaway items or discounts just for signing up for their player's card. Both of us were able to get these things when we signed up individually for our club card. They don’t openly tell people about the free items available, but when asked, they willingly give you what they have. At times, we got a coupon book with more than one item given for free or discounts. At other times, we got it...Read More
