Resort Experience:
With my username of golfntennis, I was very happy to be able to stay at the Westin Mission Hills with a tennis school with lots of tennis courts on-site, plus be surrounded by the two magnificent golf courses!

From my viewpoint, I liked my stay at Westin because:
The rooms were large, so I didn’t feel crowded. We had a two-bedroom with two bathrooms, so it was just like at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want, though I didn’t eat too many dinners at the condo.

There was Internet access in the rooms – the old-fashioned way of dial-up, or you could access the Internet via the Wi-Fi network in the pool area.

The pool was huge, and there also was a very secluded hot tub hidden behind the rocks! It was very romantic being in the hot tub under the stars. In addition to the large pool on the timeshare property, I also spent time at the "adults only" pool on the adjoining Westin Hotel property.

It was very relaxing place. Even though the complex was very large, there was not a lot of noise from neighbors. Also the bed had the special "Heavenly" mattress, so I got good nights’ sleep. Also, there were sidewalks around the complex, so we went for nice, long, relaxing walks during the day (and after the big meals!).

The Bella Vista Restaurant at the neighboring Westin Hotel was top-rate. The food was good, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. Even drinks at the Westin bar were enjoyable.

The tennis school (a long walk from the condo or short drive) was very informative. Originally, I only signed up for a quick lesson but stayed for the entire day’s program. In addition to learning some valuable tennis tips, I met an author who had a best seller on the top ten of the NY Times list!

In addition to the two golf courses on-site, there are many others close by, including the Mission Hills Country Club, where the Dinah Shore tournament was going on the time we were there.

We only stayed for a few days, but I would return anytime.
