Guido'sBest of IgoUgo

Restaurant

This primarily Italian place is located right on the waterfront, near the main square. It specializes in wood-burning oven pizzas of all kinds--the kind with thin and crispy crusts. We had read that this is the best pizza on the island, and it did not disappoint! Another person in our party ordered a grilled red snapper dish for something different, and they were pleased with the dish. Guido's also specializes in a puffed garlic bread that is very tasty! Eat in the courtyard--not in the restaurant, which gets a little warm!

Attraction

This is a beautiful park for snorkeling. Beach chairs, shops, dining, drinks, lagoon, exotic birds, Mayan architecture, etc., are all available. Water is crystal-clear! Many colorful fish, not a lot of coral. There is a float to swim/snorkel to in the one area.
