Overview

Quote:
Lake Pleasant has a marina, picnic areas, many hiking trails, and is just a short drive from Phoenix. Lake Pleasant Park is also home to a wild burro reserve - so it's a real treat to spot one as you hike many of the wonderful trails, either through the mountain range or around the lake. The lake is known for its large number of sailboats! The views are spectacular.

Quick Tips:

Picnics, mountains bikes, fishing, swimming, camping, boating, and wildlife-watching are the highlights. All compliments of mother nature!

Best Way To Get Around:

Driving into the park in your own vehicle is the best way to capture the area.
