This was our first RCI trip and our first visit to San Francisco. We stayed at the Donatello. It is an excellent hotel right in downtown San Francisco. We bought a City Pass for the public transportation and entry to some other things. We had tons of fun.

Overview

The cable car rides were the best.

Quick Tips:

Buy a City Pass for rides on the public transit and entrance to a few things in the city. (Buy online, as it is a little cheaper.) If you do not want that, buy at least a 7-day pass. We also bought a transit map and travelled all over the city by cable car, bus, etc.

Best Way To Get Around:

Use the public transportation and walk.

We went in for the buffet dinner and ended up staying till midnight. There was fun live entertainment, and the food was nice, too. We came back for breakfast the next day.
