Mi Cocina, which means My Kitchen, is located in the Casa Natalia Hotel in the cute town of San Jose del Cabo. As you enter this boutique hotel, the restaurant is directly in front down a small flight of stairs. As you take your seat and look up at the sky, you realize you’re on their open patio; I understand that it only rains in Cabos about four times a year.
