This is about Chicago's live music venue, the Metro.

I've been taking photos at the Metro (and other local venues) for the past 8 years. I love the personality of the building as well as the intimacy the crowd receives - it is not a large venue by any means and can sell out quickly for large events. They have excellent local and renowned music, cheap entry prices (usually ranging from to for a show), a great bar, and a fun atmosphere.

Best Way To Get Around:

It is located right in Wrigleyville at 3730 N. Clark. It is easily accessible by public transportation.

Activity

This is an excellent local music venue. It is cheap and easy to get to and always has a good show. Q101 and other local radio stations offer Local Music Nights, which are definitely worth checking out. For more information, visit www.metrochicago.com, or call 773/549-0203.
