Just off the main road, you'll find this slice of heaven. The best time to go is just before Easter (Semana Santa) or late in the summer, when the crowds of city slickers are not around. The first thing you notice is the ice-cold waterfall coming down from the mountain, pouring into warm waters of the Atlantic--truly magical. What the locals managed to do is build several walls to make pools of water just before the ocean. In these pools, you can relax and enjoy a postcard view of the Atlantic.
