Rain, rain, and more rain made for not much time on the slopes. Thankfully, there's much fun to be had in the village of Whistler!

If you can catch 7th Heaven on the right day, it is awesome. Even if it's wet in the village, the runs off this lift can be all powder.

Quick Tips:

If you get on to mywhistler.com, there is an event list you can print out for all the different hot spots/bars.

Best Way To Get Around:

The village shuttle transportation rocks. You don't have to worry about a vehicle, and it runs non-stop from early in the morning until... early the next morning.

Forest Trails

Awesome! Check out Alluradirect.com #252. The garage is so... tiny, but other than that, it is a great ski in/out location for up to eight people. And the price is very reasonable, especially during value season.

We went to this place just about every night because of the great atmosphere and service. The waitresses were nice and, according to the boys in my group, "HOT!" They have drink specials (beer, mixers, and shots) every night of the week. Also they have two pool tables, darts, and video games. They also have a big screen TV (and a few smaller ones too) that usually have a good snow video of some sort on. If you don't like noise, this isn't the place for you!

I love Whistler! I've been there the last three years, and even though the conditions have never been fabulous at the times I have gone up, I'll still go back every year just because the atmosphere is so awesome. There is so much to do and see in the village, you could never run out of fun!! I just hope that, one of these years, I'll get up there right before it "dumps" hard.
