We had the presidential suite facing the ocean--the view was gorgeous! The room was comfortable--my only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortably firm (no give). I guess the feeling is that you are not in Cancun to sleep.
Another concern was the lack of organization for timeshare check-in (Royal Holiday Club); it took a very long time to get everything together.
