Best Things Nearby:
The beach is across the street, but the town of Delray is just a block away. It's a small town with a ton of things to do and see. Restaurants and nightlife are a must. There are lots of little shops--dress and antiques shops. Always something to do!
Best Things About the Resort:
The people! The other guests at the resort made you feel like you visited every year. Most of the people we met are owners who come year after year. We made some great friends. The resort is quiet and relaxed. It is a personal way to spend your vacation. The rooms were small but met our needs nicely. The resort was safe and secure.
Resort Experience:
The resort is wonderful! You felt like you were at home. The resort staff was there if you needed anything, but they were not visiable throughout the day. It is clean, but older. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a half-kitchen, but it was lovely. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean and just loved it. We bought a unit to return year after year. It's a great place for children, as well, with two pools and a hot tub. Many grills!
