Sydney might not have the history that Paris and Rome have, but what it lacks in history, it's made up for in food, people, and wine! AWESOME!

This hotel is as perfect as a hotel could get. Eighty-five percent of the rooms face Hyde Park, and the junior suite we stayed in had a large balcony, not to mention HUGE bathrooms! The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable of their wonderful city. The location of the hotel is ideal, at the south end of Hyde Park, a block away from a large bus stop and a block away from the train. Also walking distance to the Circular Quay in the downtown area. I was very well-treated by everyone, especially by Nick, the concierge!

Restaurant

Overlooking the world-famous Opera House, this restaurant has the making for a perfect evening! The food is Mmdern Australian but a bit pricey. The average plate runs about $45AU, and portions are a bit small. But the food is excellent, and the wine list extensive! If you can afford to drop $300AU for dinner, don't hesitate to come here; if not, don't come near it.
