I think this is a good hotel. It is a new hotel with new amenities, and the staff members have always been the nicest people I have ever encountered at any hotel. I have stayed here a few times, and the only problem I ever had was with the TV. They were slow to fix it; no one wanted to listen to what the problem was, and they needed to call in a specialist. The workout room really isn't anything, but there is a Gold's Gym next door. Yes, the rooms are small, but what do you really need a big hotel room for anyway? I'm always by myself for work, and I have never had a problem.
The bed is comfortable (but that is really a subjective assessment; everyone is different), and the rooms are clean. It is not an expensive place to stay by any means, either. If I had to suggest a place to stay in Cedar City, I would suggest the Hampton.
