This hotel continues to provide excellent lodging and facilities at a good price. We stayed January 1st and 2nd. The rate on the 1st was $139, and on the 2nd, it was $69, which included a free cocktail and a two-for-one breakfast coupon. The pool has been remodeled, and the hot tub is suitable for 20 people or so. The cafe restaurant has excellent food at reasonable prices (Prime Rib with everything: $16). There are many dining options on the property. The buffet has been totally redone and offers many more fresh foods than before. Tangerine is a great place to watch the Siren's show. Bring your wallet if you choose to drink there ($17.50 for a rum and Diet Coke and a Dewars).
The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs and requests. When most of the other properties wanted in excess of $200 a night, we felt that Treasure Island was a great deal. This was our fourth stay at TI. We have also stayed at The Rio, Monte Carlo, MGM, and The Riviera. I'm sure we'll return.
