A November 2004 trip
to Rincon by BrayCia2
Quote: This is a family-oriented resort. It is almost a necessity to speak Spanish because the resort is geared to the Mexican travelers. You are in the middle of NoPlace, Mexico, a very secluded area. The food is okay. The ocean is calm and there are sandy bottoms at the beach.
This resort is out in the middle of nowhere. You are 1 hour out of Puerta Vallerta in a small secluded area. There really isn't anything in the town other than a few shops. The resort doesn't offer much more than a room and the beach.
It was great for the children, but I don't think we'll go back. The food was hit-or-miss—and mostly a miss.
