Overview

The best way to see Fiji is to get out on a cruise boat and explore the islands off the coast of the mainland. There is great snorkeling and diving, and a highlight is definitely taking a trip from the Denarau Island marina to the first landing for dinner.

Quick Tips:

Driving can be a little crazy, so it's best to take tours.

Best Way To Get Around:

Take taxis or go on the tours.
Worldmark offers spacious apartment sizes and a great standard of cleanliness through out the property. The on-site restaurant offers a great range of food that is relatively cheap, but the service can be a little slow. The pool is fantastic; it's the largest in the South Pacific and only about 5 feet deep, so it's safe for even the least confident swimmers. The resort seems quite secluded when you're there, so you can relax in the sun; however, you are only 10 minutes away by taxi to Nadi and the airport.

This tour lasts for about 2 hours and takes you in a minibus around the sleeping giant lying on the outskirts of Nadi. The bus passes some absolutely breathtaking spots in Nadi, so you should definitely take a camera to remember them, though the photos won’t do it justice. You visit a small local village where you get a brief description of Fiji’s history. The orchid garden is also great to see a range of beautiful flowers and plants as you stroll through a huge plantation.
