It was probably the best buffet that I've had in my life, since we were starving after a delayed flight of four hours (plus time change). That said, we were still critical of what we licked off our plates!
The food was well-presented, and the staff was very friendly and seemed like a happy bunch. The selection for vegetarians was great, and they had a great salad bar! So they were sticking true to the healthy nature of Egyptian dining.
I would recommend this buffet if you're looking for variety and good food!
