Consistently one of the best of many, many fine restaurants in Omaha. Located in the walk-down level of the fine example of urban renovation known as the Old Market, V. Mertz is the perfect place for a romance or a business dinner (don't be surprised if the second-richest man in American is sitting at the next table).
