What is it?
Our one and only evening in the hotel provided us with probably our best meal. We enjoyed the local Tajine with delicious couscous, washed down with the sweet local Vine Rose. But most thrilling of all were the baby potatoes, boiled in the jackets and swimming in fresh butter.

The trays kept coming throughout the night and even the vegetarians were smiling for a change. There were clean and warm surroundings, a friendly staff, and great cuisine. It was unforgettable . . . until we found a snake in one of the bedrooms!
