Great Town to Raise Your Children

An October 2004 trip to Hampton by M_Judge

Quote: Do you not want to live in the city? Hampton is the place for you. It's a beautiful rural town of a few thousand, and everyone is your friend. If you do need anything, Hampton is 20 minutes from Saint John, but if you leave, you'll want to come back.

Great Town to Raise Your Children

Overview

Quote:
More sports fields than you can shake a stick at. Art galleries, museums, restaurants, golf courses, driving ranges. Hampton has a little bit of everything.

Quick Tips:

Everybody must have the Willie breakfast from the Kozy Korner resturant, enjoy a weekend brunch from Holly's Resturant. Spending the night in, 5 Sons Video has a great selection of movies.

Best Way To Get Around:

Walking in the fall is beautiful, but winter and to see all that there is a car is best.

Kozy Korner Restaurant

Restaurant | "Kozy Korner"

Quote:
It's a cafe-style resturant, with chairs and tables, as well as booth-style seating. It has large portions at a low price, and the prices are the best in town. It's the kind of place that if you visit, people know your name.

Attraction

Quote:
It's a marked series of trails with footbridges, stairs, and handrails. It's a beautiful walk in the spring, summer, and fall. Winter, the trails are frequently used by kids for sliding and snowboarding.
