Most of the tourist attractions in Prague are pretty obvious, but hop on a train and visit Kosnice, where you can see chandeliers made of human bones. If that's too gruesome, check out nearby Kutna Hora or Karlstein castle. Further away is Cesky Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage site I cannot recommend enough. Karlovy Vary is a nice trip as well, but don't drink too much of the spa water. It left me feeling, uh, not so good...for two weeks!
