Overview

Norman Rockwell Museum, Clark Museum is great, Tanglewood, and skiing in the winter. Lots of things to do, but you have to drive everywhere. Not much activity on the grounds due to the number of units and how spread out the units are.

Quick Tips:

The far-away units get snowed in, so it is hard to walk to the pool and impossible to drive to restaurants. The place is close to several mountains, check for discounts for skiing during the week. Some rental shops also have discounts.

Best Way To Get Around:

Driving, but watch out for snow.

Accommodations were very nice. The timeshare was a condo type, with living room and big kitchen downstairs, and with a bedroom upstairs. Two full bathrooms were an added plus.

All the necessary utensils were there. We even cooked chili. We could not use the balcony in the winter, but the pool and the hot tub were very nice. The unit was in some need of renovation, but everything seemed to be in ok shape.

Pool, hot tub, spacious units.

Resort Experience:

Catamount Ski AreaBest of IgoUgo

Attraction | "Downhill skiing"

After skiing all of the mountains nearby and driving to NY, we are going back to Killington. These slopes were just not enough. But if you are looking for family skiing, this will be a good place.
