This Residence Inn by Marriott is one of the best I've ever stayed in. In fact, it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and definitely the best in its price range.
For under $100, I got a large studio with a full kitchen, lounge area, bed, and bathroom. The room had nice furniture, and there were beautiful hardwood floors in the kitchen. Add in the free breakfast and happy hour, internet, and gym!!! What a deal!
