Getting the maximum pleasure out of Toronto in the least amount of time.

The Drake

Hotel

The beautifully restored Drake Hotel is a combination of old and modern. Each room is accented with art from local Toronto artists on exposed brick walls. And in each bed you will find a unique sock monkey sharing your space! The bathrooms are ultra modern with exposed showers hidden only by sliding glass doors. The service is trendy and efficient. Definitely worth a trip off the beaten path. Right in the heart of Parkdale's thriving arts community.

The Drake
Queen Street West Toronto, Ontario

Mitzi's Sister

Restaurant

Visiting this Queen west location (as the locals call it) was quite a find. The servers are well educated in both the food and the alcohol served, and they are very entertaining. The establishment takes pride in the fact that it has one of the best micro beer selections of anywhere in the city, and the food is to die for. The portions are very generous.

Best Beer: the St. Ambroise Pale Ale.
Best Appetizer: the wings or nachos.
Best Main Entree: the steak or chicken.
