LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You are within walking distance of the pier and all the fun activities there. You can also walk to many restaurants without getting out and messing with the busy Daytona traffic or battle for a parking space.
Resort Experience:
As far as a beach resort, this one has all you could ever want and more. The resort is VERY well maintained and up kept. There is staff all day long cleaning and tidying up. When you pull up you walk into a large lobby and check in. You get a parking pass that allows you to park in their secure parking garage which is underground. Then as you walk into your room and see how amazing it is, you will be glad that you decided to stay here. There are bright yellows and blues that make up the color décor of the room. As you walk out to see the view from your private balcony you can see the pier and outdoor music pavilion to your right and nothing but beautiful beaches in front and as far as you can see to the left. I have attached a few pictures of both views to give you an idea what I mean.
Of all the "beach front" resorts that I have ever stayed at, this is the #1 all the way. They have a lazy river to relax in, a putt-putt green to hit some balls, a large game room, and indoor/outdoor pools. They have a more than adequate work out facility. And you’re right there for all the action Daytona has to offer. I don’t know what more you could ask for.
The only negative thing that I experienced is that the staff wasn’t really willing to go out of their way to make recommendations on things to do, like most of the other Fairfield Resorts that I have been to. I would say that this is the only area for improvement, because everything else was perfect.
