Quote: Decided to travel to Branson, MO for Labor Day Weekend. First time trip for my fiance.

Paradise Grill

Restaurant | "Paradise Cafe"

Quote:
Good food, and the tables and chairs reminded me of like a Golden coral time of thing, no booths. But the decorations were kind of neat, not real expensive but not what I was expecting. Management and servers are super nice.

Baldknobbers Theater

Attraction | "BaldKnobbers Jamboree"

Quote:
Huge theatre, great cast, they do some Johnny Cash songs. A lot of singing and dancing. Stub and Droopy Draws are hilarious, they tell some good clean jokes. They do nightly tapings of the show, if you buy a DVD or VHS you will be in it. Make sure you look your best cause they will tape you. Don't act shy of the camera either they will fix on you till you look up. So just smile and wave. You also get to meet the cast, bring a camera and something for them to autograph. One last thing: at the end they sing the song for every Armed Forces group and have the veterans from that force stand up. It was really amazing to see these veterans stand up. Makes you proud to live in our country. ...Read More

Very interesting, there is a two-headed cow, the world's tallest man, world's fattest man. World's largest rubber band ball. You name it, they got it. Cheap and entertaining thing to do.

Ride the Ducks

Attraction

Quote:
Ride the Ducks is neat, you get these cute little quackers, and you quack at every duck you pass. When we would go by golf course's we would scream “fore!”, and almost every time someone would mess up. The sights you see are amazing, its private property so no one can go up unless they are on a duck. Being in the duck on Table Rock is great the kids get to drive the ducks. Make sure you have a good captain. We had Captain Dan and if you can request him do so, he tells stories, and jokes the whole way. It's like an hour and a half ride and its great. Beware ladies: tie your hair up because it is windy, and for all the poor souls who sit in the back that is referred to as the "soggy bottoms seats" -...Read More
