An August 2004 trip to Gulf Shores by liteadawn

Vacationed with husband and friends.

Best Things Nearby:
The beach with a beautiful view from the unit.

Best Things About the Resort:
The view, & the master bedroom.

Resort Experience:
The master bedroom is very large with a gorgeous view. The bed was very comfortable. However the 2nd room was really small, and the 3rd room was average. I would come back. It's not the best place I have traded for, but it is surely not the worst.

Wow - This was such a fun place to eat, and the food was great. The service was wonderful. They give you huge portions. We ate as much as we could and got the rest to go. We ate of the same plate the next day for lunch and supper. The throwing of the rolls was a lot of fun, and all the extra foods they walk around with for your enjoyment at no additional charge is a big plus. If in the area you must visit.

Attraction | "Gulf Shores Beach"

The beach was very nice. However if you don't mind driving 40 min east of there, the Pensecola Beach is nice as well. Especially if you enjoy looking for shells. We snorkeled in both places. In Gulf Shores we ended up with a cup of shells; in Pensecola we ended up with three baskets full of shells.
