A June 2004 trip to Orlando by tmjr

I went to Florida and purchased "Stay and Play" passes for Universal Studios through RCI. They allowed us to enjoy 7 days of unlimited visits to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. We stayed at the Summer Bay Resort. The room was spacious, beautiful, located on a lake, and turned onto a beach.

Best Things About the Resort:
They have plenty of activities to keep all ages busy and having fun. Also if you want to be able to rest without the kids, they have an activities center to keep them happy all day. Some of the activities include jet skis, trampolines on the lake, boats, and bicycle rentals.

Resort Experience:
The rooms are very beautiful and spacious with either lake front villas or rooms with gorgeous views of ponds that have water fountains that are lit up at night. Whirlpool tub in master bath and a beautiful canopy over the master bed. The unit we stayed in was a 2-bedroom with two full baths. The master bath had a large whirlpool tub with a separate shower. The floors were ceramic. The master bed was a huge king size bed with a beautiful canopy. Also with a gorgeous view of the pond and an extra access to the balcony. We had a full kitchen with a bar. Then it led into the dining room with table and seating for six. The living room was spacious with ceramic floors with a beautiful design. The living room led to the balcony, which overlooked the pool and pond. The other bedroom had two regular beds and TV. The room also had it's own washer and dryer.

We were able to enjoy 7 days of unlimited use to both parks thanks to the RCI community. We purchased the "play and stay" passes. There were a total of 8 people on the trip with us, and we were able to take our time and enjoy everything the parks had to offer.
