Overview

I had cut my foot open at the YMCA the night before, so I went to the hospital the following morning. They dropped everything they were doing to help and were very courteous. I'm a pretty big guy, but they still made me sit in their wheelchair and lay down on their gurney. It was very humorous. Cheap too!

Quick Tips:

Don't go to the clinic. Pretty shoddy.

We had a room with two beds and a hideaway for three growing guys. The shower was great, with hot water. They provide bottled water and laundry service if needed as well.

How can one go to Thailand without getting a tie? (Tie-land...) Eh? Well, the Chiang Rai night market has a great selection of ties of all colors and fabrics. You should be able to get a nice one for 100 baht. You shouldn't have to pay more than that to get any of them.
