This is a hotel/restaurant that served an outdoor picnic table lunch to our tour group. I am not sure if recommendations are required if you go on your own.
It was casual dining with the most wonderful local Cuban fare - Moors & Christians, yucca, pork, chicken, etc. The best food I had the entire time I was in Cuba, and very friendly, pleasant waitstaff. All this under a huge tree in the Vinales Valley directly across the street from Las Cuervas del Indio!
