We visited Beaulieu-sur-Mer "accidentally" while enroute to Villefranche. It was the one train line that day that did not stop at Villefranche. So we visited Beaulieu, where we met Franco (the owner of the restaurant where we ate), and toured the Greek Villa Kerylos.
