Timeshare trade for Eagle Crest resort. The grounds and condo were lovely with a view of about seven snow-capped mountains including Mt. Bachlor. The food in the resort restaurants were great at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub and the bike paths. Golf? Three courses!!!!

Attraction

Displays indoors and out. Raptor talk with live birds. More talks and animals at different times and locations in the park-like setting. Attendants were very friendly and informative.

Attraction

Nine square miles of Lava fields from eruption 7000 years ago. Drive nearly to top of the crater. Look into crater and gaze out over the lava flow. Listen to naturalist tell about the long ago happening. Feels like being on the moon !!

Petersen's
Have never seen anything like this. Mr. Petersen found so many beautiful and interesting rocks near his home, he started making a garden out of them and continued to do so until his death. He built castles, bridges, lily ponds, etc. There are also peacocks wandering around the grounds.
