This is a brand-new hostel located just FOUR blocks from the world-famous aquarium. Get past the front desk and you'll LOVE this place. Sorry, but during my stay the front desk staff could DEFINITELY have been friendlier. Ah well, it’s a small price to pay for such a great budget accommodation. I spent the night in a women's dorm. The garlic fries and burgers are AMAZING and oh so HUGE!!! If you are looking for a step-up in fast food, don't miss this place. There are tables outside, too, so you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Just make sure to bring y...Read More

I won't say too much about this place, as it's all been said before by other IgoUgo contributors. I will say this, though: GO! It's fun, it's educational, and you'll spend half a day here. The kids will love it and thank you, as did my niece. We found the sea otters to be our favorites. Watch them eat ice. It's adorable! Also, when you venture in, there is a rectangular box further down the hall that houses little itty-bitty sea creatures. There is usually a volunteer standing there, in our case a fascinating woman. She knew so much about these creatures and showed us so many things we didn't even realize were alive. We could've watched and listened to her all day. Ask her some quest...Read More
